Weather Tolerance:
Our screens are designed to withstand extreme conditions from -60° to +60° Celsius, including direct sunlight and strong winds.

Framing Instructions:
Proper framing is crucial for the durability and longevity of PVC screens. For high wind areas, avoid the dado/groove technique and instead use the Simple Cedar Sandwich method as shown below:

• Use two pieces of wood (1”x2” to 1”x4”).

• Secure with ceramic-coated screws through the frame and panel.

• Consider frame thickness when selecting wood. Proper framing prevents fracturing or warping.

Fade-Resistant:
Embedded with a UV inhibitor to retain vibrant colours under harsh sunlight.
