International Orders and Customs

For USA Orders:

When shipping to the USA, the shipping company may request an Employer Identification Number (EIN), Business Tax ID, or Social Security Number (SSN) as required by US Customs and Border Protection for goods purchased from an overseas supplier. This information is necessary for legal customs processing. More details can be found on the US Customs and Border Protection website.

For Other International Orders:

For orders shipped outside the North America, customers may be required to provide a Value Added Tax (VAT) number, Tax ID, or Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) number, depending on the destination country’s customs regulations. These numbers are necessary for the proper processing of customs and import duties.

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs delays and additional charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
