Refund Policy

Standard Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers transaction fees, processing, and handling. If your return is the result of our error—for instance, if you received an incorrect or defective item—we will cover the return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the error, and we will either refund your order or replace the product at your discretion.

 

Custom Privacy Screens

For custom privacy screens, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of your order. This category includes products with custom designs, sizes, and colours that are specifically tailored to your specifications. Once production has commenced, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these custom-made items.

 

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are generally processed within four weeks of your package's arrival back to our facility. This timeline includes up to 10 business days for the package to reach us, 3 to 5 business days to process your return, and an additional 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process our refund request. To expedite this process, please send us the tracking number once your return shipment is underway.

 

Refund Options

Cash Refund: Receive a refund to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee.

Store Credit: Opt for a full store credit for the total product value, which will be credited to your account. This does not apply to custom screens.

 

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. If the return is due to our error, we will assume all costs related to shipping and handling.

 

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please send your package to the following address. To facilitate faster processing, please provide us with the tracking number once your package has been shipped. Otherwise, we will proceed with the refund upon receipt of your return.
